We would like to give a warm welcome to all competitors, their families, and coaches. Congratulations on being accepted to compete! Your hard work and dedication have brought you to this level, and you should be very proud of your achievements.

We are excited to see you all play some great tennis and fight hard to become the next British National Champion. Most importantly, we hope you enjoy the competition and give it your all. You will find lots of useful information below.

Singles: 32 Player Round Robin into Elimination Draw

Draws will be made on site and player and parents are welcome to attend the draw. The draw ceremony will take place in the players marquee

  • Friday 14 Aug – 14U Boys, 11U Boys & Girls – 1pm
  • Sunday 16 Aug – 14U Girls – 1pm
  • Monday 17 Aug – 12U Boys & Girls – 1pm

Players must sign in at the Control Desk upon arrival each day.

On their first day of the age group singles event, please are asked to come to Player Services in the Player Marque to receive their accreditation, player gifts and food voucher for their round robin days. Players who are still competing in the singles competition should collect their food vouchers from Player Services each day when they progress to the main draw. This is a player’s responsibility and vouchers will not be given retrospectively.

Parking at the venue is limited. Additional parking will be available on some of the days at Hockey Club next door and there will be access to Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre via another entrance at the Hockey Club. To exit the main venue car park please use gate code 4040.

Thanks to the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre who have gifted guests parking free of charge throughout the duration of the week.

Cars must not be left on site overnight – overnight charges will be incurred.

Practice will be available from 10am – 6pm on Friday 14 August.

Daily practice bookings can be made on-site at the Practice Desk located in Ace Base or over the phone between the hours of 9am – 6pm.

Practice courts will be available daily for warm up and for those looking to practice.

Players looking for a partner should come to the Control Desk.

Main draw singles players will receive a lunch voucher each day until eliminated from the singles competition please collect from player services. Food is available from inside the café in the main building and the grab and go gazebo located in the grounds.

The grab & go gazebo will be open from 12pm to 3pm.

The closing deadline for doubles is:

  • 11U Boys & Girls: Sunday 16 August 12:00
  • 12U Boys & Girls Wednesday 19 August 12:00
  • 14U Boys Saturday 15 August 12:00
  • 14U Girls Monday 17 August 12:00

For on-site entry both players must sign in at the Tournament Office and payment will to be made via a QR code.

Players are subject to the Lexus Junior National Championships eligibility rules.

Back by popular demand the player BBQ’s. To ensure that all competitors across various events have the chance to attend. Each player in the Lexus Junior National Championships will receive a free ticket to attend one of the BBQs. You can collect your ticket when you receive your player gift.

Player support teams & national tour players are also welcome to join and can purchase additional tickets on the day.

New for 2026 A 360 photo booth and selfie mirror will be in operation in the Player Marquee on the BBQ days from 12noon till 7pm.

Saturday 15 August & Tuesday 18 August – 4.30 to 7.30

Competitors will be able to access the gym at Nottingham Tennis Centre which is open 8am – 9pm (weekdays) and 9am – 6pm (weekends). The number of competitors will be limited at one time due to it being open to paying members as well. Any competitor wishing to use the gym must register with reception before entering each time.

The following age restrictions apply:

  • 16 and 17 years – under personal supervision, i.e., fitness trainer; coach; parent or authorised guardian of 18 years and above.
  • 15 years and under – parent or authorised guardian must be present. Weights, multi – gym equipment, cable apparatus, and resistance apparatus are not to be used. Other equipment use must be under supervision.

If you have not previously registered to use the gym at a previous event, please do so at reception.

Faye & Ella will be available for on and off court treatment.

Our physio team brings a wealth of knowledge, and we encourage players, parents and coaches to ask any questions regarding treatment and preventative injury management suggestions.

Treatment Appointments

All physiotherapy treatments are limited to 20 minutes per session.

Massage

£10.00 per 15-minute session

Massage treatments are provided solely at the discretion of the physiotherapist and will only be available once all singles matches have been completed for the day.

Junior Players

All players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) throughout the duration of any treatment.

Medication

Please note: Physiotherapists are not permitted to provide or dispense any medication, either on court or off court.

MOBILE PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM

To support parents working during the event, we have set up a hot desk area to provide a convenient workspace. The studio will be available from 8am to 7pm each day, from 14 – 23 August. Desks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The studio is in the main building, upstairs, opposite the café area. We hope this helps make your time here more comfortable and productive.
